Explain the Net Ripper Bank-Wire Credit Line by Line
Ripper review results surface a bank-wire fee and complaints about unexpected net amounts. A reconciliation should show the gross request, operator fee, intermediary deductions and bank conversion separately. Do not label the entire difference as one fee without trace evidence.
Open Ripper and check the bank-wire optionFreeze the gross request
Record payout ID, gross amount, account currency, beneficiary suffix and displayed operator fee before confirmation. Keep the cashier's estimate and fee notice. A later review table may not describe the submitted request.
Obtain the wire trace
After dispatch, request the bank or processor reference, sent currency, sent amount and value date. Ask whether fees were charged as OUR, SHA or BEN where relevant. This identifies which institution was expected to absorb charges.
Reconcile each difference
Start with gross request, subtract the declared casino fee, then list intermediary-bank deductions and recipient-bank charges. Apply the receiving bank's exchange rate only to the remaining amount. Do not mix conversion spread with a fixed wire fee.
Challenge an unexplained remainder
Send Ripper the payout ID, trace, expected subtotal and exact unexplained amount. Ask which participant deducted it. Keep the bank response with the case and never send another payment to unlock the wire.
